Hey! I’m still here. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be or not. I wasn’t able to log onto the internet for a few days (or do anything that required an internet tie in). Somehow or another my server got wiped out.
I had no idea how to fix it, but my computer minded son showed me how to restore the system to an earlier date. Whew! Big glitches scare the poo out of me so I’m glad this one turned out to be easy to fix.
Not much has been going on. Our weather went from sunny and 70 on Tuesday to snowy and 30 today. Blech! Who wanted winter back? Trying to find a bright spot in it, one guy at work advises getting the onion sets ready to plant. He says this is the onion snow.
Ashlei’s family (and therefore Matt) moved last weekend in order to get Ashlei’s little sister into a better school district. Matt says the place is nice with lots of trees. As soon as it warms up again he wants to have us down for a cookout to meet Ashlei’s family. That would be nice. I’m the only one who hasn’t met any of them. Maybe I’ll have more peace with everything once I actually meet the people Matt’s chosen to live with.
Today was the last day of school for Megan and I. We don’t go back until Tuesday (actually I have to drive a 15 minute run Monday morning but that’s it). We were supposed to have had Tuesday off, but are making up a snow day instead. I don’t have much to do for Easter. We are going to Tim’s sister’s place, which isn’t what we’d normally do, but it will be a chance for Ashlei to meet some of that side of the family. My mom and John are going, too. They aren’t happy about it, but it’s the only way to see Matt since he can only be with us for part of the day.
Well, I am off to bed. I feel like I am getting a cold. It might be allergies. Or not. At any rate, I’m tired and achy. Goodnight.

I’ll take the cold weather over the 85 degree temp we’re already having here in the Sunshine State. My 1998 Ford F-150 with 200K miles is on its last leg, I’m afraid. Hopefully FORD doesn’t stand for “Found On Road Dead” while I’m in it!

Happy Easter…I WAS starting to wonder where you were. I was used to getting my blog fix at your place.
Nice to have you back. And it is NICE to go somewhere else for Easter, yes?

All I know about computers is the microsoft fix. You turn it off and then turn it back on. If that doesn’t fix it call the son.Juggling family and Easter can be a problem.

I’ve had to use the ‘restore’ feature on mine once…then spent six hours re-downloading Norton updates LOL…

This snowy spring stuff is for the birds. I’m sorry about Matt, I know how icky that feels, even when nobody’s mad, or there wasn’t a fight. It will feel better once you’ve met the family. I’ll be thinking about you.
